This refreshing drink has its origin from northern India. You can get Lassi either spicy, salty or sweet. Here I have gone for a sweet one. The drink is made with yogurt and is therefore excellent as dessert after a spicy meal.

Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients

1 ripe mango
-
1 dl orange juice (I have also tried this one with pineapple just which also works)

1 dl natural yoghurt or kefir / buttermilk

8 ice cubes

1 tbsp grated coconut
How to

Peel the mango and cut into chunks. Put it in a bowl and add orange juice and yogurt.

Run with a hand blender until the drink is smooth in consistency .

Serve in glasses with ice cubes or run them in the blender with the drink.

Drizzle over some coconut.
