Carnival is just around the corner and last year I shared with you the recipe I use for our Carnival buns.

At the lighthouse we ate something that has become one of my favorite things to eat during the summer. It’s become a part of my summer in Norway.
We’re half way through the year and half way through the day and night at the same time. I’m half way through a book. Half way through the blue cup filled with green tea.
This a new smoothie favorite of mine for sure! The combination of lemon and ginger is wonderful and good for your throat if you’re feeling ill.
