As simple as it gets / Chocolate cake
Whether you celebrate valentine or not you might just fancy a simple easy to bake chocolate cake. Treat yourself or someone you love. Here’s the recipe that my family have used for ages:
Cod with tomato and olive
Slices of juicy cod in a delicious tomato sauce cooked in the oven is great everyday dish. Serve with potatoes, rice or bulgur.

This refreshing drink has its origin from northern India. You can get Lassi either spicy, salty or sweet. Here I have gone for a sweet one. The drink is made with yogurt and is therefore excellent as dessert after a spicy meal.

A lighthouse dish

We’re half way through the year and half way through the day and night at the same time. I’m half way through a book. Half way through the blue cup filled with green tea.
Pear smoothie with lemon and ginger
This a new smoothie favorite of mine for sure! The combination of lemon and ginger is wonderful and good for your throat if you’re feeling ill.
