This a new smoothie favorite of mine for sure! The combination of lemon and ginger is wonderful and good for your throat if you’re feeling ill.
Serving: 1 portion
What you’ll need
2 green pears, remove the stem and core
1 sprig parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
a little fresh ginger
1 cup ice water
1 dl ice cubes
All you need to do
Pix all of the ingredients in a blender and blend!
