Pear smoothie with lemon and ginger

This a new smoothie favorite of mine for sure! The combination of lemon and ginger is wonderful and good for your throat if you’re feeling ill. 
Serving: 1 portion

What you’ll need
  • 2 green pears, remove the stem and core
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • a little fresh ginger
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1 dl ice cubes
All you need to do
  1. Pix all of the ingredients in a blender and blend!
  2. Enjoy immediately!
