What a year / 2016

You’ve been quite a year. Quite difficult and not as good as I would have hoped.

You’ve been slow and fast both at the same time.

When I think back it’s strange how one day can feel so long but when the week is over if feels like a brief second.

Why is that?

Cause we’re having fun, or not paying attention? I don’t know.

You’ve let me closer to the ones I love and further away from some

But on the other hand

You’ve been beautiful, a lesson that has helped me grow.

You’ve been kind and showed me that love after all truly is the strongest and best thing and feeling there is

You’ve showed me different part of the world that I’ve never been to, Amsterdam being one of them

You’ve thought me to love caffe latte

You’ve let me onto different platforms when it comes to expressing myself creatively

This was the year of

Early mornings

Dreaming of what’s to come

Not thinking

Overthinking

I have been writing for about a year on this site and I truly find myself enjoying every moment of it.

Here’s to whatever lies in front of us!
