  • 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • Garlic, finely chopped
  • White pepper

How to

  1. Mix creme fraiche and garlic
  2. Season with white pepper
  3. Stir up the cream so that it gets a little fluffy.

Perfect for soups, wraps or sashimi!
