I wanted to share with you my favorite vegan cookbook. It’s by the restaurant Funk Fresh Food based in Norway.

At the moment this is my favorite vegan cookbook. I use it almost every week and it contains a lot of great and easy recipes. I|ll probably be making different recipes from the book, so for all of you who doesn’t speak norwegian, I’ll keep you updated.
